Service Standards

  • We follow all applicable plumbing codes, safety guidelines, and environmental standards.
  • Our technicians maintain a professional appearance and uphold the values of respect and honesty at all times. There are no hidden fees.
  • We strive to arrive promptly for scheduled appointments and communicate proactively about any changes.

Service Agreements and Estimates

To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties:

  • A signed Service Agreement and Estimate are required before any work begins.
  • We will send these documents via email; they require an electronic signature.
  • The Service Agreement outlines the scope of labor and expectations.
  • Once both documents are signed, the scheduled service date will be confirmed.
  • Any additional work or changes to the original estimate must be approved, and a new estimate will be provided for the customer to sign.

Estimates and Payment

  • We provide written estimates for all jobs prior to starting work. These estimates must be signed.
  • No hidden fees or surprise charges. Our customers are always kept well informed.
  • Payment Methods: Cash, check, Cash App, and Zelle. Please make all checks payable to Yes Indeed Plumbing, LLC. There is a $75 RCF on returned checks.
  • Deposits: A deposit may be required for larger projects or special-ordered materials.
  • Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our plumbing labor with integrity and care. All services performed by Yes Indeed Plumbing, LLC come with a workmanship warranty noted within your service agreement. If you experience an issue related to our workmanship during the warranty period, please contact us promptly. We'll do our best to make it right.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the work area.
  • Notify our team of any known plumbing issues, hazards, or property conditions.
  • Secure pets and personal belongings before our arrival.
  • Review and sign all service documentation before work begins.

Health, Safety, and Respect

Our team operates with professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for every home and property. We maintain a safe work environment and clean up thoroughly upon completion of service.

As a faith-based business, we expect mutual respect in all customer interactions. We are committed to serving everyone with kindness and fairness.
